Our Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic


To Our Valued Customers, Business Associates and Neighbors,

We are continuing to adapt to rapid changes taking place during this unprecedented crisis. It is our intention to support our employees, our customers, and our community - with the health and welfare of everyone as our highest priority.

Effective Monday, March 30th, our showroom is open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. StoneWorks will continue to operate regular office hours and fabrication services Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm, until further notice.

Our “new normal” is to be flexible enough to assist you with a business or personal need in a fashion which is comfortable and safe. We have new consultation options available for sharing your building or remodeling ideas in a safe manner:

  • Private appointments in our showroom

  • Virtual appointments and video calls

  • Phone conferencing

  • Private appointments with you in your home (if requested)

We anticipate that there might be some slower turnaround times for existing projects. When there is a delay, we will notify you promptly.

Let me assure you that we are following strict safety protocols that include:

  • Cleaning and disinfecting by CDC guidelines

  • Social distancing, including working remotely

  • Employees working with customers and builders in their homes and on on job sites will arrive masked, gloved, and will sanitize all touch points after the installation is complete.
